A special Father’s Day edition of our maple syrup and salami sampler that includes a free 2 ounce package of our sliced dry-cured black pepper coppa ($10 value!)
Our salami sampler, but make it sweeter! Includes two or four dry-cured, ready-to-eat Spanish style salumis made from acorn-fed heritage pork and one 8oz bottle of 100% pure, grade A Dark Amber maple syrup. We make the syrup ourselves on our farm each spring from our sustainably managed sugar bush. It’s delicious rich maple flavor makes it perfect to cook with, smother on your pancakes or put in your coffee. Each salami is hand crafted then aged for 45 days to develop complex delicious flavors and a delicate melt in your mouth texture. The box includes one of each of the following flavors or either can be customized by emailing us at info@waldenhill.co to include the sticks of your choosing.
- Salchichón: salt and coarse black pepper.
- Chorizo: mild Pimentón de La Vera, garlic and white wine.
- Fuet: garlic and coarse black pepper.
- Longaniza: garlic, oregano and coarse black pepper.
Salami is best if stored refrigerated, sliced thinly and served at room temperature. Maple Syrup is shelf stable and best if refrigerated once opened.
