On Wednesday, May 11th, at 6:30pm, Roia in New Haven will be hosting a 4-course wine dinner featuring Fumanelli and Valdo wines. And the second course will be a homemade pasta with a Walden Hill Acorn Pork ragu! Not only will this be a delicious event, but the owners of the wineries will be there themselves from Italy to discuss the wines in detail and answer any of your questions.
